1. Introduction

BlackTech Consultancy welcomes independent affiliate marketers to promote our services and earn a commission for every successful project referral. This document explains, in plain language, how the program works, what is expected of you as an Affiliate, and how commissions are tracked and paid.

By registering as an Affiliate, or by submitting any client referral to BlackTech Consultancy, you agree to follow the rules set out in this document. If any part of this program changes in the future, an updated version of these Rules & Regulations will be shared with all active Affiliates.

2. Definitions

• Affiliate — An individual or business approved by BlackTech Consultancy to refer potential clients to our services in exchange for commission.
• Referral — A potential client introduced to BlackTech Consultancy by an Affiliate, who was not already an existing client or lead in our system.
• Qualified Sale — A referral that results in a signed agreement and confirmed payment from the client for a BlackTech Consultancy project.
• Commission — The 15% payment earned by the Affiliate on the confirmed project value of a Qualified Sale.
• Tracking Method — The system used to link a referral to a specific Affiliate: currently a manual submission form, and in the future an affiliate link with tracking cookies.

3. Who Can Join

The Affiliate Program is open to marketers, freelancers, consultants, agencies, and other individuals or businesses who can genuinely introduce potential clients to BlackTech Consultancy's services. To join, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence.
2. Provide accurate contact and payment details when registering.
3. Be approved by BlackTech Consultancy before referring clients or using any promotional materials.
4. Not be a current employee, contractor, or existing client of BlackTech Consultancy referring themselves.

4. Commission Structure

Approved Affiliates earn a commission of 15% of the confirmed project value for every Qualified Sale that results directly from their referral.

Example: If a referred client signs a project worth $2,000 and payment is confirmed, the Affiliate earns 15% × $2,000 = $300.

5. How Referrals Are Tracked

5.1  Current Method — Manual Form Submission

At this time, BlackTech Consultancy tracks referrals manually. Before introducing a potential client, the Affiliate must submit the client's reference details through the official referral form. This submission must be made before the client makes first contact with BlackTech Consultancy, so the referral can be properly credited.

• Only referrals submitted through the official form will be recognized and credited.
• Referrals reported after the client has already contacted BlackTech Consultancy independently may not be eligible for commission.
• Duplicate submissions for the same client from different Affiliates will be credited to whichever submission was received first.

5.2  Future Method — Affiliate Links with Tracking Cookies

BlackTech Consultancy plans to introduce unique affiliate links for each Affiliate. When a potential client clicks an Affiliate's link, a tracking cookie will be placed in their browser to automatically credit any resulting project to that Affiliate.

• Each Affiliate will be issued a unique tracking link once this system is live.
• The cookie tracking window will be clearly communicated at launch — commonly between 30 and 90 days, to be confirmed.
• If a client clicks links from more than one Affiliate, credit will generally go to the most recent click, unless stated otherwise at launch.
• The manual form may remain available as a backup for referrals made offline (e.g., in person or by phone).

Until affiliate links are officially launched, the manual submission form remains the only valid way to register a referral. Affiliates will be notified in advance before the new system goes live.

6. When a Referral Qualifies

A referral only becomes eligible for commission once all of the following are met:

1. The referral was properly submitted or tracked before the client's first contact with BlackTech Consultancy.
2. The referred client signs a formal agreement with BlackTech Consultancy for a project.
3. BlackTech Consultancy has received confirmed payment from the client for that project.
4. The referral is not disqualified under the Prohibited Activities section below.

7. Payment Terms

• Commission is calculated after client payment has been fully received and cleared.
• Approved commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are made to the bank account, mobile wallet, or method provided at registration.
• The Affiliate is responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or taxes in their own country.
• If a client refunds or cancels after payment, any commission already paid on that project may be deducted from future payments.

8. Affiliate Code of Conduct

To keep the program fair and professional, Affiliates agree to:

• Represent BlackTech Consultancy honestly and professionally at all times.
• Only use marketing materials and pricing information officially approved by the Company.
• Avoid making promises or guarantees the Company hasn't confirmed.
• Submit referral details accurately and truthfully.
• Respect the privacy of referred clients and handle their information responsibly.

⚠ 9. Prohibited Activities

The following may result in disqualification of commission, suspension, or removal from the program:

• Referring yourself, your own business, or a client you already have an existing agreement with.
• Submitting false, duplicate, or fraudulent referral information.
• Using spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized email/message blasts.
• Bidding on BlackTech Consultancy's brand name in paid search ads without written permission.
• Impersonating BlackTech Consultancy or claiming to be an official representative.
• Manipulating tracking links, cookies, or the referral form to falsely claim credit.
• Offering illegal incentives, kickbacks, or bribes to secure a referral.

10. Changes, Suspension & Termination

• BlackTech Consultancy may update the commission rate, tracking method, or any part of this program at any time, with reasonable notice.
• Participation may be suspended or terminated for violating these rules, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
• An Affiliate may leave the program at any time by notifying the Company in writing.
• Commissions already earned and confirmed prior to termination will still be honored, unless termination was due to fraud or rule violations.

11. Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared with Affiliates — including pricing structures, client details, internal processes, or business strategy — must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties or used outside the scope of this program.

12. Disclaimer

This Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between BlackTech Consultancy and the Affiliate. Affiliates operate as independent marketers. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any referral or applicant at its sole discretion, and is not liable for indirect or lost-earnings claims arising from participation in this program.

13. Acknowledgement

By participating in the BlackTech Consultancy Affiliate Program — whether by submitting a referral through the manual form or, in the future, by using an assigned affiliate link — the Affiliate confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules & Regulations.
